Make a stamp itself or make a logo itself is now pretty easy with google docs, begin with a new drawing. While playing with colours, fonts and figures you can develop a unique design.

Store the result in a scalable file format and which your preferred stamp manufacturer needs. A lot of further decisions are necessary, what kind of material I want to print, should the color be dry quickly or should a greater liability to be achieved? Which colour should have the stamp?

After a few days waiting, you can admire the result and play around.
